Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Odoo apps/modules according to business requirements.
- Develop new Odoo modules as needed.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing Odoo implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
- Design and implement technical solutions to address business needs efficiently.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Maintain and update documentation related to Odoo implementations and customizations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Odoo features, updates, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Odoo developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Odoo framework and architecture.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
